This beautiful two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view can comfortably accommodate up to four persons.
It features Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher and dining area. Two bathrooms include shower cabins and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are at guests disposal.

Apartmens LaVilla are situated in Mlini, located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Bus station is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, while beach and coffee bars are 5 minutes ride from the apartment. Various restaurants, bars and shops and a market can be found a short ride away.
Dubrovnik airport is 10 km away, while bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 km away.

This is a lovely, clean apratment with a fantastic view! All rooms are spacious and well equipped, Mark is a really nice guy and was very helpful, The location is good - in between Dubrovnik and Cavtat, If you're not driving you can get a bus to both locations from the main road, and if you don't fancy the steep walk down, there is uber! I would highly reccommend this place!
Das Apartment war fantastisch, viel Platz, voll ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Meerblick. Der Poolbereich war eine nette Ergänzung. Die Lage war etwa 200-300 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Schöne Aussicht. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen. Eine Waschmaschine in einem separaten Raum neben dem Eingang. Ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Dusche und ein weiteres mit Dusche und separater Toilette. Großer Balkon mit Sofa, Couchtisch und zwei Sesseln. Check-in mit Schlüsselbox. \r\n Wenn Sie gerne spazieren gehen, gibt es eine Abkürzung zum Strandbereich von Mlini/, Srebreno, obwohl Sie dafür eine sehr stark befahrene Straße überqueren müssen. Die Abkürzung führt bergab von Poco Loco, zuerst gibt es einen Pfad und dann Treppen, bis Sie die Straße erreichen. Es wird empfohlen, ein Auto zu mieten oder Uber zu benutzen. Uber nach Cavtat kostet etwa 11-16 Euro und ungefähr das Gleiche nach Dubrovnik. K Centar Sub City ist ein Einkaufszentrum in Srebreno. Dort finden Sie Super Konzum, H&M usw. Etwas weiter gibt es Lidl. Uber kostet ca. 6-10 €,\r\nPoolbereich ist klein aber fein, Pool durchgehend ca. 1,40m tief,
Vorteilhafte Lage im Resort, nahe der Shuttle-Haltestelle, viel Unterhaltung, schöne Bibliothek mit der Möglichkeit eines Wochenabonnements
Alles war perfekt. Das Apartment war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, es gab eine tolle Kaffeemaschine, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Ivona, die sich um das Apartment kümmert, war super hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall. Eine Sache muss erwähnt werden: Das Apartment liegt etwa 1 km vom Strand entfernt und hat einen erheblichen Anstieg (Treppen, steile Straße). In der Hochsaison ist es nicht möglich, am Strand einen Parkplatz zu finden. Dies sollte man berücksichtigen, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist (wir hatten eine Babytrage für das jüngste Kind, also war es ok). Einige Leute um uns herum haben dieses Problem jedoch gelöst, indem sie täglich einen Taxiservice genutzt haben.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich cool und passt perfekt zu den Fotos. Sehr sauber, komfortabel mit unglaublicher Bettwäsche und Duschen. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, damit jeder seinen eigenen Raum hat. \nWir finden alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten wie zu Hause :)
Sehr erholsame Ferienwoche, viel erlebt und gesehenTolles Appartement mit super Ausstattung, alles neu und sauber, lässt keine Wünsche offen, mit Blick auf das Meer, sehr ruhige Lage am Hang,\r\nSehr nette Betreuung vor Ort (wir haben das Haus nicht auf Anhieb gefunden, weil das Kartenmaterial im Navi im Mietauto alt war), sie hat uns geholfen, den Weg zu finden,
