Property is located just 100 meters from the nearest beach Porporela and 700 m away from the popular beach Banje, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minute boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisines. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 400 meters away. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can get there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk away from the property.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 19 km away.

Tolle Lage und wir haben es sehr genossen! Die Lage war wunderschön. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass es sehr zentral und in der Nähe von allem war. Es gab nur wenige Treppen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung und die Wohnung selbst war auch im Erdgeschoss. Sie war sauber und der Besitzer hatte sie bereits Einige Standard-Dinge wurden arrangiert, wie frisches Obst, Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank sowie Kaffee und Tee, sogar Pralinen und hausgemachter Likör. Der Besitzer war auch sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich habe die Gastfreundschaft und die Wohnung genossen. Die Lage ist fantastisch und der Vermieter sehr angenehm

Fantastische Lage und ein toller Gastgeber! Die Lage ist unglaublich! Es liegt mitten in der Altstadt und doch an einem perfekten Ort, der nachts ruhig ist. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist sehr bequem und es gibt fast keine Treppen zu nehmen! Der Gastgeber, Zlatko, ist super nett, ein toller Kommunikator und sehr freundlich! Er gab uns die Möglichkeit, unsere Taschen früh abzustellen und die Altstadt zu erkunden, während die Wohnung gereinigt wurde. Als wir zurückkamen, warteten frische Früchte und ein hausgemachter Schnaps auf uns! Die Wohnung ist klein, hatte aber alles, was wir brauchten! Sie hatten Shampoo, Spülung, Lotion und Seife im Badezimmer (mit einer tollen Dusche) und Küchengeräte, Wasser und Orangensaft im Kühlschrank. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte großartig. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt großartig!
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Frankas Apartment geliebt und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren von der Lage des Apartments begeistert.
