Apartments Urbis offers three self- catering accommodation situated in the heart of The Old Town, surrounded by City Walls, cobblestone streets and the Stradun promenade making it an ideal place for discovering Dubrovnik.
Each unit has a dining area, kitchenette and private bathroom. Guest will have unlimited access to WiFi.
Studio apartment with city view features free wifi, air condition, flat screen TV and SAT TV, so as kitchenette equipped with oven, refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, and dining area, as well as bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
The Old Town’s central street Stradun is just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is located only 600 meters from the nearest beach, Banje beach, with many more of them in surrounding area and beautiful island Lokrum just a 15 minutes boat ride away. There is an open-air green market and other shops within 190 meters walking distance, as well as a bakery, banks and ATMs, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. Famous night club Revelin, located inside the old fort, is just 280 meters away.
There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can be there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 6 minute walking from the property.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 12 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20,8 km away.

Super! Die Lage ist fantastisch!
Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die die Altstadt von Dubrovnik besichtigen möchten. Ich war einfach begeistert. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, um die Altstadt von Dubrovnik zu erkunden. Auch das Apartment ist von innen sehr komfortabel.
Schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, toller Gastgeber. Das Apartment hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Das Bett war wirklich bequem und die Dusche war großartig. Ich liebte den Sitzbereich mit Tisch. Die Beleuchtung war gut zum Schminken. Der Haartrockner war leistungsstark. Da wir einen Kühlschrank hatten, konnten wir unser eigenes Essen mitnehmen und uns bei Bedarf Tassen Tee und Kaffee machen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch super. Paula war super hilfsbereit und blieb die ganze Zeit über in Kontakt, falls wir etwas brauchten. Die Lage war perfekt, nur eine Straße von der Hauptstraße entfernt, was weniger Schritte bedeutete als in den meisten anderen. Es gab tolle Restaurants direkt vor unserer Haustür. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
