Fishing spots and state owned hunting areas nearby. 30 km to the northeast from the center of Ranua, 105 km to the southeast from Rovaniemi, lake Simojärvi 25 m (Lautaselkä), shallow beach, soft bottom, pier, own rowing boat. Outboard motor (3.6 hp, 2-stroke) available for rent from the owner. The fuel is included in the rental fee. Log-built cabin, built in 2020. Inner walls are panelled. Living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, both with double bed, living area with spreadable sofa, sauna, washroom/WC, separate WC, and covered terrace. Traditional lean-to shelter and campfire site by the lake. A fence and dog house on the yard.
