Ski storage and ski maintenance room in the car shelter. The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as you have to climb stairs from the car shelter to the main door. Price includes 2 ski lift tickets for the winter season 2025-2026. The neighboring apartment, Villa Arcus A, is also bookable from Lomarengas. The firewood is located next door, on the A-side, and is freely available for both apartments.
