Offering a beautiful private pool and terrace, Villa Dalmatian Gem is a self-catering accommodation located in Palje Brdo, quite little place in Konavle Region, approximately 35 km from Dubrovnik.
This beautiful two-bedroom villa features swimming pool, equipped kitchen with dining area, living room and two private bathrooms.
The villa will provide you with lovely furnished, private terrace with sunbeds next to the swimming pool, as well as the outdoor BBQ facilities.
With private entrance, accommodation is situated on the first floor of the family house, so you can enjoy total privacy. The owners live on the ground floor and they will be at your disposal for anything you may need.
Free private parking is available on site, just in front of the property. Washing machine, ironing facilities and a hair-dryer are also at guests disposal.
Luggage storage before check in is available.

Comfortable and in green, quiet location, Easy to rest and enjoy vacation, Aproximity to the Montenegro border is a surplus as well as a nice small swiming pool for private use, Very open and friendly host willing to help in any situation, Highly recommended!!!
The villa was fabulous - spotlessly clean and modern, with small, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, TV, two good double bedrooms with very good a/c and two bathrooms, one with hairdryer and one with very useful washing machine! The furnishings all seemed new, beds were comfortable and WIFI worked quite well, The pool was fantastic and the mountain views from the terrace and the balconies off the bedrooms were beautiful, It is a lovely peaceful location and a very good base to explore southern Croatia and Dubrovnik, The owner, Pavo, who lives downstairs was wonderful - a really fantastic host who made us very welcome and offered lots of advice on places to visit, Overall, a fantastic little villa that we would definitely recommend!

Villa 10'47.10 Wir hoffen, in Zukunft hierher zurückzukehren! Pavo ist ein unglaublich gastfreundlicher und sehr großzügiger Gastgeber, der uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßte und uns viele Ratschläge und Empfehlungen gab. Er bot uns Wassermelone, hausgemachten Weißwein und Olivenöl an Unsere Ankunft, \r\nDie Villa ist wirklich gut gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten (+ Müllbeutel, Spülmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze usw.), Waschmaschine, TV, Kaffeemaschine usw. Es gibt auch eine Außenbereich mit überdachtem Essbereich mit allem Notwendigen (Grill, Utensilien, Mückenspray usw.) und einem Swimmingpool. Die Lage ist himmlisch mitten in... einem Tal, umgeben von Bergen. Atemberaubende Aussicht rundherum - wirklich friedlich. Atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge vom hinteren Balkon mit Blick auf die bewaldete Landschaft, \r\nIn der Nähe von Dubrovnik, kleinen Dörfern wie Mlini, Molunat und Cavtat und nur 5 km von der Grenze zu Montenegro entfernt, die ideal für einen Tagesausflug ist, \r\nVilla 10' 47, 10 Wir hoffen, in Zukunft wieder hierher zu kommen!
Villa Dalmatian Gem is een sereen toevluchtsoord! De buitenvoorzieningen zijn fantastisch, en we hebben vooral genoten van loungen bij het zwembad, De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat we alles hadden wat we nodig hadden, De nabijgelegen Klokkentoren van Herceg Novi was een interessante bezoek, slechts een korte rit verderop, Zeer aan te raden!
