Located 56 km west of Joensuu, the villa is just 20 meters from Juojärvi, which is known for its clear and pure waters. The beach features a dock and a rowing boat. The log cabin was built in 2012 and includes a living room, combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom on the lower floor with a double bed, a utility room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, an electric sauna, a separate toilet, and an open terrace. On the upper floor, there is a lounge area with a sofa and TV, a balcony, and a toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms; one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The lakeside sauna, built in 2010, features a lounge area with a fireplace, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with two showers, as well as a wood-burning sauna. The terrace of the sauna has an outdoor hot tub available for rent at an additional cost of 200 euros. The garage is for the owner's personal use.
