On the porch, there is a cold outdoor storage for firewood and storage space for, for example, sports equipment. Lemminkäinen's apartment also has children's equipment: a crib and a high chair, as well as a safety gate at the top of the stairs. Kajaani 33 km, Sotkamo 7 km. Ski slope 150 m, cross-country trail 100 m. The holiday apartment can be used from 17:00 on the day of arrival, handed over by 11:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Final cleaning can be ordered for an additional fee. Bed linen can be reserved for an additional fee.
