Surrounded by terraces, daybeds, and shaded seating, the property is ideal for enjoying the sun or unwinding with a book. A contemporary outdoor dining area, with seating for eight, offers the perfect setting for alfresco meals, complemented by a stylish summer kitchen for ease of entertaining. Inside, it features four spacious double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The lower floor includes a sea-view bedroom with an en-suite, while the upper floor hosts three more double rooms, all with modern en-suite bathrooms featuring polished cement and high-end finishes.
The first floor opens into a vast open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge, dining space for eight, and a sleek kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. Expansive windows flood the interior with light, enhancing the connection to the spectacular outdoor vistas. A second terrace off the kitchen offers additional seating, tropical plants, and incredible views of the coastline, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Ibiza's famous sunsets.
There is Monday - Saturday 4 hours cleaning per day.

Les vibrations de la piscine à débordement sont différentes ! Propre et spacieux avec un super espace de restauration extérieur, Sans parler, les vues sont à un autre niveau, Super proche des plages et de jolis restaurants, donc parfait pour un voyage d'été, Je reviendrai certainement !
Cette villa est un véritable bijou ! Tout était propre et accueillant, et la sécurité 24 heures sur 24 nous a fait sentir en sécurité, Idéal pour quiconque recherchant un refuge paisible loin du tumulte d'Ibiza
Die Ausblicke von dieser Villa sind unschlagbar! Wir verbrachten Stunden am Infinity-Pool in der Sonne, Es ist ein bisschen isoliert, wenn man Ibiza erkunden möchte, aber wir waren glücklich, einfach unsere Zeit dort zu genießen
Unser Aufenthalt war schön! Die Villa hatte alles, was wir brauchten, und der Essbereich im Freien war fantastisch für Mahlzeiten mit Aussicht, Der nahegelegene Torre del Pirata war ein schöner Ort, den man tagsüber besuchen konnte, Würde ich empfehlen!
