Nestled at the foot of the stunning UNESCO-listed Tramuntana Mountains, this villa offers a peaceful getaway in the highly sought-after La Font area of Pollensa. Just a short walk from the charming town of Pollensa and a 10-minute drive from Port de Pollenca’s beautiful beaches, this spacious villa is ideally located for both relaxation and exploration. Palma Airport is just a 50-minute drive away. The villa features five large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, and three with balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. Perfect for large families or two families, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Outside, the property boasts a 15-meter saltwater, heated swimming pool with an electric cover. The southeast corner of the garden is home to a relaxing Bali bed and hammock area, surrounded by lush tropical plants, ideal for unwinding while watching the sunset over the mountains. Inside, the villa has a welcoming open-plan lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances, including a large oven, gas stove, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The adjoining utility room has additional amenities such as a washing machine and large American-style fridge.
The villa also features a snug/playroom, perfect for entertainment with a 50” UHD 4K TV, streaming services, Blu-ray player, board games, books, and a pool table that doubles as an air-hockey table. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and black-out blinds for added comfort.

Super spacious and clean villa, Pool area is fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring
Geweldige plek voor een ontsnapping! De uitzichten vanaf de balkons zijn prachtig, en de tuin is heerlijk, Het enige nadeel was dat de WiFi soms een beetje traag was, maar dat verpestte onze verblijf niet, Zou zeker terugkomen!
De villa was goed uitgerust voor onze groep van tien, met voldoende ruimte en comfort, De keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden voor onze maaltijden, en we waardeerden de schoonmaakoptie halverwege de week, Hoewel we genoten van onze tijd, zou ik zeggen dat de nabijheid van de hoofdweg het soms wat luidruchtig maakte, maar het overschaduwde de algehele ervaring niet, Als je op zoek bent naar een vredige ontsnapping dicht bij de natuur, is deze plek geweldig!

Die Villa ist atemberaubend! Wir waren beeindruckt von der Dekoration und der Liebe zum Detail im gesamten Anwesen, Der offene Wohnbereich machte es uns leicht, gemeinsam abzuhängen, Außerdem war die Lage in der Nähe des Naturparks S'Albufera de Mallorca perfekt zum Wandern
