A private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols invites guests to unwind, while the garden and expansive lawn areas offer plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment. A shaded dining area for eight people is ideal for enjoying meals with a view of the countryside. The property also includes parking and enjoys peaceful rural vistas. Inside, the villa features an open-plan modern kitchen and a spacious living room with integrated sound, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The dining area, which seats 10, opens directly onto the pool area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Air conditioning, heating, LED lighting, an integrated sound system, and a full security system with an alarm and safe ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and French windows opening to the garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have king-size beds, air conditioning, and large wardrobes. Bedroom 2 shares a spacious bathroom with Bedroom 3, which can be configured with two twin beds or four, making this villa an ideal retreat for families or groups.
