The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and dishwasher to provide you with all the comforts of home. This offer is rounded off by a modern bathroom with a floor-level shower and cosy underfloor heating for the colder days. The outdoor area invites you to linger in the open air with a furnished terrace consisting of comfortable garden furniture and a large parasol.
