The fully furnished holiday apartment on the first floor of our house is approximately 75 m² and has two bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, one bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. After a period of being rented out on a long-term basis, it has been available to all guests again since January 2026. There is a south-facing balcony of approximately 7 m². Parking spaces are located directly in front of the house.
Due to the location of our house in the Lake Constance hinterland, in the heart of the scenic Upper Linzgau region, not only are all the attractions around Lake Constance easily accessible on half-day or full-day excursions, but also all the sights and leisure activities in the Linzgau, Upper Swabia, and Allgäu regions.
