Welcome to this charming coastal cottage with sweeping panoramic sea views, set in the beautiful bathing and fishing village of Bovallstrand. Positioned high on a sunny granite plateau as the last home on the street, the cottage enjoys exceptional privacy, uninterrupted views, and a peaceful atmosphere - with the sea always in sight. Inside, the home offers a bright open-plan layout with comfortable seating, a fireplace, a TV corner, a dining area, and a modern kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. The cottage includes three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one bunk) and a bathroom with a shower. From both the living room and kitchen, doors open onto furnished terraces with a barbecue, perfect for long summer evenings. Large window sections blur the line between indoors and outdoors, placing the constantly changing sea at the heart of the home. Start your day with a refreshing swim just minutes away, followed by breakfast on the spacious terrace or on the rock plateau in front of the house, where the view stretches endlessly over the Bohuslän archipelago. From here, swimming spots, piers, boathouses, restaurants, coastal paths, and scenic hiking trails are all within easy walking distance. The area is also ideal for kayaking and canoeing, and perfectly located for day trips along the coast. Bovallstrand is known for its preserved fishing heritage, charming harbour, and famous bathing islets. Nearby attractions include Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Nordens Ark wildlife park, Gerlesborg art center, and the Tumlaren wellness complex in Väjern. An ideal base for unforgettable Bohuslän days - sea, nature, and serenity combined.
