Out on the deck, you can relax in the outdoor furniture, take in the scenery, and fire up the charcoal grill for long, balmy summer evenings. The property features a small lawn that transitions into the characteristic rocky terrain typical of the Bohuslän region. A section at the front is enclosed with chicken wire—a feature that may be appreciated by those traveling with a dog. A road runs directly alongside the property; while it can be busier during the high season, it also makes it easy to head out and explore new destinations and experiences in the surrounding area. The cottage has two compact bedrooms with comfortable beds; one of them is equipped with a crib. The living room includes a sofa bed for two, with the option to add an extra thin mattress if needed. Amenities include a TV with Chromecast, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a washing machine. A ladder leads up to a small storage loft—ideal for tucking away items like suitcases. An air-source heat pump provides pleasant warmth on cooler days and doubles as air conditioning during the warmer summer months. Swimming, Fishing, and Excursions The sea is close by, with lovely rocky swimming spots and a sandy beach at Sollids Camping, about 500 meters away. Within a few kilometers, you can reach Hälleviksstrand—home to a kiosk and a swimming area—as well as Nösund, which offers a great swimming spot, a swimming school, and the renowned Nösunds Värdshus inn. For shopping and a fika (coffee break), a visit to the popular Göksäter is an excellent choice (approx. 16 minutes away). You can also reach Rotviksbro and the Torp Shopping Center in Uddevalla (approx. 45 minutes away), which offer a wide range of shops, restaurants, and cafés.
