The kitchen features brand-new appliances introduced in 2026, including an induction cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A spacious bathroom includes the luxury of both a bathtub and a separate shower, alongside a convenient washing machine. Accommodating up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms, the layout includes two double beds and a room with a 3/4 bed. Outdoors, the property features an enclosed, landscaped 838 m² garden. A garage is also included on-site (accessible via a pedestrian door, making it ideal for storing bikes or gear rather than parking a car).
