In the beautiful archipelago town of Österåker you will find this little gem, located on a mountain at treetop height and with a magical view of the archipelago. The house is well built and was completed in 2026 and is tastefully decorated by the owners. The house shares a plot with houses 4810 and 2614. The house has a combined living room and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with a double bed. The house was originally built as a sauna house, which is why there is a sauna heater in the bedroom, a fun detail. Outside there is a nice terrace with comfortable furniture in two different seating areas for a coffee or a drink in the sun. The road up to the cottage is hilly and has stairs, but the owners will help with the bags upon arrival. A short walk from the house there is a beach, swimming and nice walking paths. Rävberget has been in the family's ownership for many years. We are the third generation to own and manage the hard work and passion of previous generations for this fantastic place. There used to be a mine in the area where "Feldspar" was mined. The stones were then ground down and transported from the deep harbour in Isättravik to Gustavsberg where porcelain was made. Parts of the rails in our "mountain railway" come from the mine. The owners have two more houses on the property that are rented out; Cottage no. 92614 and 04810, but the houses are located at different levels and at different distances from each other, and since the house is located high up, you live protected from prying eyes. The owners have a high level of service and offer made beds, towels and coffee. Here you will have a wonderful holiday!
