Welcome to a beautiful house with a stunning sea view over Östernäsfladen in the Stockholm Archipelago. The house is located high on a sloping plot, offering breathtaking views of the water and a peaceful, secluded atmosphere right in the heart of the archipelago nature. A lovely terrace surrounds the house with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun, long lunches in the fresh sea breeze, or quiet evenings overlooking the water. Part of the terrace is also glazed, allowing you to sit comfortably and enjoy the view even when the weather is cooler or the wind picks up. Below the house, there is a small beach where you can take a refreshing morning swim or simply sit and enjoy the sea and passing boats. The house itself has a wonderful sense of space with high ceilings and is built on multiple levels, giving it a unique and airy character. There are sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people, although the house is best suited for 4–5 guests. On the entrance level, there is a small room with a single bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, as well as plenty of storage space and a large fridge and freezer. One floor up, you’ll find the kitchen and living room in an open and inviting layout, along with a master bedroom featuring a 180 cm double bed and an additional smaller bedroom. The house also features two lofts, adding to its special character. One loft is furnished as a cozy lounge area with a TV – a perfect place to relax after a day by the sea. On the other side, there is a loft with a double bed for two people. Loft ladders provide access. The owner, who lives nearby, also has a rowing boat and life jackets available for guests to borrow. Here you stay in a personal archipelago home where nature, the sea, and the view are always close by.
