The house is located opposite the houses Kiek-Wiet and Wiesenblick Fenja in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead end) in Grimersum (about five kilometres from Greetsiel). Two parking spaces and a carport belong to the property. The garden shed contains garden furniture and a barbecue. Enjoy sunbathing or marvellous barbecue evenings on the south-facing terrace.
