The garden of the detached house is separated from the side street with little traffic by a high hedge. The garden provides a lovely grill area, garden furniture, a parasol and a sun lounger and is accessible through various doors from the living room and dining room. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street. The bordering Mettnau peninsula is partially a nature reserve with lovely hiking trails and a beautifully situated beach café on the lakeshore.
