Surrounded by the tranquil, natural beauty of the hiking mountain Knoten at 605 metres above sea level, our domicile offers the perfect starting point for explorations in the midst of forests and meadows. Enjoy the valley and far-reaching views and direct access to a variety of cycling and hiking trails, far away from the noise of everyday life. Inside, modern comfort and cosiness await you in harmonious unity. The spacious living and dining area is furnished with two armchairs and a 50" TV (Smart TV) for relaxing evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is directly adjacent and leaves nothing to be desired. For work tasks or creative downtime, there is a foldaway bed with an integrated desk that can be easily transformed into a functional workspace. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Sleeping arrangements include a separate bedroom with two single beds and a foldaway foldaway bed in the dining area. Outside, the special feature of our holiday home continues: a 190sqm plot for exclusive use with an inviting small garden and a terrace. The covered seating area with awning and a gas barbecue invite you to spend cosy hours outdoors, while a private parking space is available directly in front of the holiday home.
