Private jetty with swimming and fishing facilities. Proximity to nice bathing area with sandy beach and jetty. Close to walking paths, forest and nice hiking trails. The house is 85 m² and consists of: a living room with fireplace. Newly installed (2019) air source heat pump for both heating and cooling. Flat screen TV with games console (PS3) and music system (via mobile phone). There is a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa bed, a table and an armchair.
