In the back there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.From the living area you have direct access to the outside area.An internal staircase leads to the first floor. The first bedroom has separate beds that can be put together if required. This room has a beautiful view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the medieval settlement of Kotor on a nearby hill. The second bedroom has a queen bed, views of the sea and city. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom and also offers sea, city and forest views.The third bathroom of this house is also on the 1st floor.The outdoor area has a partially covered terrace (with a pleasantly air-permeable square terrace tarpaulin) which is furnished with a large table and chairs and is ideal for nice cozy hours together. The high-quality gas grill from Weber is only good for this. Next to the swimming pool there are 4 sun loungers available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower. The entrance area and the 2 parking spaces are video-monitored.The entire house is air-conditioned and equipped with Wifi.
