The house, surrounded by fruit trees, such as avocado trees, is situated 1,5 kilometres from Nerja. The beach of Burriana, which is the main beach of Nerja, is a little bit closer to the house. There is also a covered porch of 21 m2, a private heated swimming pool (September-June) of 8.5 m. long by 4 m. wide, with Jacuzzi incorporated in the pool of 2.2 m. diameter, garden furniture, six sun beds and sun umbrellas.
