The house is situated in a beautiful spot about one and a half kilometres above Flattach. Thanks to its ideal location, there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning. The ground-level exit takes you to the sun terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the large garden. You will find plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs and a beautiful pergola to celebrate a nice summer party with your friends or family.
