Due to the elevated position of the house, the view towards Karlsruhe is unobstructed. From the balcony you have a great overview and in good weather you can see as far as the Turmberg in Durlach. Various supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are within walking distance. And if you need to do a little more shopping, the Maximilian Centre is only 3 km away. Opening hours there Mon - Sat from 8 am to 10 pm. The air-conditioned accommodation is approx. 10 km from Karlsruhe. This attractive and chic flat is characterised by its upscale interior design. The flat (approx. 100m²) has three beautiful rooms, kitchen & bathroom and is very bright. The large balcony, where you can relax on the lounge furniture, is equipped with a barbecue. In good weather, you can look directly towards Karlsruhe and recognise the Turmberg in Durlach. The first bedroom has a large king-size bed measuring 1.80m x 2m. A baby cot can be set up here as an option. In the second bedroom there is a beautiful queen-size bed measuring 1.60m x 2m for 2 people and also a huge single bed measuring 1.20m x 2m. You can also spend the night in the living room. There is a large pull-out sofa bed and a comfortable 1.55m air bed if many guests are coming. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils so that you can of course cook for yourself. The equipment includes a chic fitted kitchen with dishwasher and cooker. There is also an oven and, of course, a coffee machine. The bathroom is also beautifully furnished with a bathtub and shower. Just bring your toothbrush and you can use it. There is plenty of storage space for other utensils. Towels and everything else needed for living are available in the flat. Please note! Tumble dryer and washing machine are available, but access is only possible with the landlord. Bicycles can be stored at ground level and dry in the bicycle shed. The entire flat is available for my guests. There is also an outside parking space on the property for the car. Just a few steps and you are in the beautiful Bürgerpark and can relax. There are also plenty of running trails. There are really nice cycle and inline skating paths directly on the Rhine. It's definitely worth it ... and if you want to bring your bike with you, it's safe in the locked, ground-level bike shed.
