Apartments Villa Ari are ideally situated as it is just outside The City Walls and stone's throw away from everything Dubrovnik has to offer, whether one is interested in historic Old City and its many sights or basking in the Mediterranean sun and swimming in the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Parking is available on site, reservation required, daily parking fee is 20€.
Luggage storage before check in and after check out are available, so that you can explore the area a bit more before departure.
This three-bedroom apartment features air-conditioning, free WiFi, and furnished balcony overlooking famous Old Town of Dubrovnik and Adriatic Sea. It has three bedrooms, living room with flat-screen SAT TV and sitting area, dining area, as well as kitchen fitted with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and water kettle. The apartment has two private bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Hair-dryer is also provided.
Apartments Villa Ari is located only 15 minutes a walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can find an open-air green market and other shops as well as a bakery, banks and ATM's, cafes, bars and restaurants with local and other cuisine. The UNESCO-protected center is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the City Walls, St. Blaise's Church and Stradun Promenade. The famous Banje beach is only 5 minutes walk away with many more of them in surrounding area.
Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 20 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

We hadden een ongelooflijk verblijf in Apartments Villa Ari! Het uitzicht vanaf ons balkon was absoluut adembenemend, met uitzicht op zowel de oude stad als de Adriatische Zee, Het appartement was ruim en goed uitgerust, waardoor het perfect was voor onze gezinsvakantie
Ons verblijf in Apartments Villa Ari was fantastisch! Het driekamerappartement was ruim en prachtig ingericht, met een prachtig uitzicht op de oude stad en de Adriatische Zee vanaf het balkon, We vonden het heerlijk om op korte afstand van Banje Beach en de historische locaties te zijn, De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor het gemakkelijk was om maaltijden te bereiden, De gastheren waren ongelooflijk gastvrij en gaven ons geweldige lokale tips, Sterk aanbevolen voor gezinnen of groepen!
Great spot for exploring Dubrovnik! It was a bit of a trek to the Old Town, but we enjoyed the walk, The nearby beaches were stunning, and we loved having the option to cook in the fully equipped kitchen

L'hôte était très accommodant, nous permettant de stocker nos bagages avant l'enregistrement, L'appartement lui-même était magnifiquement décoré et avait une ambiance chaleureuse, J'ai particulièrement aimé le grand espace de salle à manger où nous avons partagé des repas ensemble
Dieser Ort ist ein ganzes Gefühl, Das driekamerappartement ist geräumig und perfekt für eine Gruppe, Die Aussicht von der Balkon auf die Adriatische See? Großer ästhetischer Wert! Außerdem ist es super nah an Banje Beach für diese Sonnenuntergangsbilder
