Our holiday flat Take a holiday in the countryside with your children or grandchildren Enjoy a holiday and pure relaxation with us! In a spacious and modern designed holiday flat over 2 floors. Watch our Cameroon sheep, every now and then a cat will cross your path. Your children will love playing on the swings, the climbing tower, the sandpit and the large trampoline on the large property. The landlord and landlady want to offer you very good conditions for a relaxing family holiday. On the ground floor of the holiday flat there is a large, open-plan fitted kitchen, from where you can access the terrace or the large garden and sunbathing lawn. Adjacent to the kitchen is a living room/bedroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor is the living room, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower enclosure. Washing and drying machines can also be used on request for a small fee. A Finnish barrel sauna is also part of our leisure area and is suitable for 2-3 people. A Harvia electric heater with 6 kW is installed in the sauna barrel. There is a water bucket and ladle for an infusion. There is also interior lighting, sauna instructions, coat hooks, an hourglass and a thermometer and hygrometer. Sauna fans can end the day in a special way here. The sauna is charged separately in the price per sauna session (up to 3 people possible), see price list. Cleaning is included in the price, sauna towels are charged pro rata. The flat can accommodate 4 - 8 people. A cot is also available. On request, the morning breakfast can be enriched with a fresh egg from the neighbouring henhouse. A highlight of the Boitzenburg region is Boitzenburg Castle, one of the largest and most beautiful castle complexes in the Mark Brandenburg. The fairytale film Rapunzel was filmed here. In the stables you will find catering facilities, a chocolate factory and a brewery with brewing facilities. There is plenty of space for fun and games in your landlord's courtyard, and you can also find a quiet spot - e.g. on the sunbathing lawn - to suit your individual needs. Let your soul dangle, here you will find peace and quiet far away from the stress of everyday life. There are signposted cycle paths for longer excursions. Guests who do not bring their own bikes can hire them directly on site. As there is a large yard, the little ones have ideal conditions here to learn how to ride a bike or simply to practise. Once they've got the hang of it, you can ride together to the nearby bathing lake with its large sunbathing lawn and bathing jetty. The Uckermark Lake District offers many opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating and canoeing, diving, stand-up paddling, water skiing and other water sports here and in the neighbouring Feldberg Lake District. The water quality of our clear lakes is excellent. We will be happy to put you in touch with contacts for the purchase of fishing licences - with or without a fishing boat. In the neighbourhood, fishing enthusiasts can restore or replenish their equipment in the fishing shop. The marvellous paths as well as cranes and eagles lure you into nature. The oak avenue from Mellenau to Krewitz and the idyllically situated chapel at Mellensee are impressive. Numerous romantic weddings take place in the chapel. From Templin, we recommend a cycle tour to Boitzenburger Land on the "Trail of Stones" cycle path. Ride out and enjoy the unique landscape. Endless beech forests, fields, lakes and avenues invite you to relax. There is still plenty of wildlife to be seen in the tranquil forests, which is appreciated by many hunters who hunt, tend and care for their game here. The unspoilt nature of the Zerweliner Koppel, which is looked after by the WWF and offers a high potential of otherwise almost extinct flora and fauna worthy of protection, is worthy of note. Hikes or cycle tours here are highly recommended not only for nature lovers. Visit old buildings and manor houses that are lovingly integrated into the forest and lake-rich nature. An evening campfire or barbecue next to the sunbathing lawn of the holiday flat is the perfect end to an eventful day. Pure enjoyment in our Uckermark. The media also refer to it as the "Tuscany of the North". Enjoy a relaxed, undisturbed and self-sufficient holiday. A hand-held transmitter on the flat key allows you to operate the automatic sliding gate remotely, so you can still feel safe. For TV lovers, we have two flat-screen TVs with satellite connection.
