Holiday house with heated pool and large garden. This is a villetta just 100 metres from the sandy beach. The house is suitable for seven people. It is air conditioned and habitable in all seasons. There are two large bathrooms with a shower and WC, as well as a living room with a dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary electric appliances.
