The Maarhöhe apartment is on the upper floor, up stairs, and affords a beautiful view of the lake, the lovely landscape and a well-maintained decorative pond. The living room provides a new sofa suite that can be converted into a bed and a big 127cm HD/3D TV of the new generation. You can choose between about 3000 different TV and radio channels in many languages from four different satellites. There are alsoa 3D BluRay player and a DVD player, a stereo system with a radio, CD player etc. Wireless Internet access is available. The light and inviting apartment has a natural flair with plenty of wood and stone. The electric fireplace and the elegant ceiling fan ensure a pleasant atmosphere, even on cold or wet days. It is non-smoking apartment. Smokers can use the balcony or the outdoor area. The new built-in kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, two coffee machines (filter and pads, Bosch-Tassimo), a toaster, a kettle, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for the maximum number of people. A junior bed and a highchair can be provided free of charge. The dining corner is suitable for four people. There is a wonderful and elaborately laid out decorative pond with Koi carp and other fish, two waterfalls and a stream. You can sit and enjoy a coffee or cocktail on the balcony or on the terrace and watch the fish, or look out into the valley and towards the lake. Outside there is ample parking space and there is space for storing bicycles. There is a grill area with a view of the lake behind the house.
