Next to the historical UNESCO protected city of Trogir in central Dalmatia lies a small, but beautiful island of Ciovo, rich with untouched nature and hidden beaches. Ciovo is also connected to the mainland with a bridge and perfectly situated in the vicinity of Trogir (2 km), Split (25 km) and Split airport (5 km). Ciovo consists of small traditional Dalmatian villages, one of which is Mavarstica, located on the south side of the island and known for its many beautiful pebble beaches and hidden bays. The most beautiful beach is undoubtedly the White beach, which can only be accessed by foot but whose crystal clean sea and the beautiful view of the middle-dalmatian islands Solta and Brac will leave anyone breathless.
