Outside, just off the street, there is a small but beautiful park with toys for children, look for the endemic lizards of Gran Canaria on the stone wall, a little fruit at midday and you will see them appear. The beach, 500 metres away, is off the beaten track, with black sand and volcanic lava, its sea, with a high iodine content, is very healthy for sensitive skin. The wind sometimes comes up in summer so if you like kite surfing it will be your paradise. In summer the average temperature is 25 degrees Celsius, in winter it is 20 degrees Celsius, there is plenty of air conditioning.
