The flat has a size of 70 m² and is located on the upper floor of our two-family house. Thanks to the two bedrooms, the flat is ideal for 4 people. It also has a large, light-flooded living and dining room, a south-facing balcony and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is a car park outside the front door and smoking is permitted on the balcony. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Woltersdorf an der Schleuse is surrounded by lots of water, forests and fields and offers plenty of opportunities to relax far away from everyday life and to be active in sports. By public transport you can reach Alexanderplatz in 50 minutes and Kurfürstendamm in just over an hour.
