In the heart of the Tyrolean Zugspitz region, all age groups - especially families - can enjoy an unforgettable, relaxing and eventful holiday. In summer and winter, depending on your mood. Our house is only a few metres from the centre and everything in the village is within easy walking distance. Supermarket, small village shop, sports shop incl. ski school, doctor, ski lift, cross-country ski trail, swimming lake, flying fox, tennis, minigolf etc. and of course the bus and train stop are in the village. If you don't have anything to do with animals, you don't have to be bored with us because there are many more entertainment options. - Play tower with slide and swing - Large sandpit incl. sand toys - Trampoline in the large garden - Football goals, table tennis - Pedal tractors with trailers and Kettcar - and above all lots of space to play around the house and in the garden. There is also a barbecue area with an open charcoal grill. In winter, sledges and toboggans can be borrowed free of charge. All holiday flats are functional, cosy and at the same time charmingly furnished. This is a completely newly built flat (first occupancy from winter 2025) and can accommodate up to 8 people. On 85m² (see plan, photos of the final furnishings will follow as soon as everything is ready) you will find everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday with your family or friends. Three bedrooms with double beds (+ 2 sleeping possibilities in the living room), two bathrooms and a large living room with well-equipped kitchen as well as the large terrace (27m²) with evening sun offer enough space for everyone! In the play corner in the hallway, young and old will find various games, puzzles, books etc. to play or even some friends who would like to play with you. Leisure activities in the village! Summer: Many hiking trails and mountain routes (guided mountain tours), children's adventure hiking trails, Eldorado for mountain bikers (guided bike tours), adventure swimming pools and indoor pools (with wellness, sauna, slides...), mountain lakes ideal for swimming, diving, surfing, sailing, fishing and relaxing, golf course, suspension bridge "Highline B179", numerous excursion destinations near and far. Winter: Various lifts with slopes of all levels of difficulty incl. snow-making facilities right down to the valley (also night skiing), toboggan run (also night tobogganing), extensive cross-country ski trails for beginners and professionals, winter hiking trails. The name of our farm says it all: the animals on the farm are our speciality. Touchable, friendly and gentle - but sometimes shy and curious at the same time. They also look forward to your visit! Our youngest guests are especially welcome here. If you are not yet an animal lover, you will certainly become one during your ranch holidays! The goats (Trixi, Balu, Flöcki, Mogli...) are very affectionate and need to be stroked. But they also have a cheeky little rascal in them from time to time and are good for a few surprises. In contrast, the rabbits are much shyer, but therefore also very interesting and, above all, fun to watch. Finally, let's talk about our horses and ponies. We have a colourful herd here, from small to large. Anyone who wants to can help with the stable work or feeding and when the horses are groomed and washed from time to time, you can also lend a hand - always accompanied by our horse professionals.
