The south-west facing slope of this holiday home (terraced end house) with a fantastic view of the water and Bodden landscape as well as the marina offers absolute peace and quiet in a beautiful, individually designed modern country house ambience with a high level of comfort for two adults and two children. The holiday home was built in 1995, completely modernised and refurnished in 2013, has 67 sqm of living space and has its own parking space no. 4 behind the house and bicycle storage room no. 4. On the ground floor is the bright living room with the large south-west facing terrace in front, the separate kitchen - refurnished in 2022, a small storage room, WC and entrance hallway. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a writing desk with drawers; there is also a very small bedroom with two single beds (bed length only 1.85m, more suitable for children). The shower room with deep shower tray, WC and a new washing machine is accessible via the master bedroom (see photos)! The living area in the basement is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, coffee table and armchair. A satellite TV also provides excellent reception of non-local radio stations. The cosy dining area with a large wooden table and four chairs completes the room. A holiday library and an assortment of games are at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, large cooker with oven and extractor bonnet, a dishwasher, coffee machine as well as a small espresso maker, toaster and beautiful crockery. The spice cupboard is stocked. The spacious holiday home is located on the village road slightly uphill. The village road with residential traffic is only built on one side and runs parallel to the shore meadow, the reed belt and the water. The nearest shops and restaurants are approx. 4 km away. IMPORTANT: During the summer months the holiday home can only be rented on a weekly basis, during this time arrival/departure is always on Saturdays. Laundry packages, energy and water costs are included in the final cleaning fee. Visitor's tax must be paid at the spa administration in Sellin.
