Casa Valle Niza is located in a beautiful and quiet private urbanisation on the coast of Almayate Bajo (near Torre del Mar). The typically Andalusian houses are carefully distributed throughout the urbanisation and each has a beautiful terrace with views of the sea, Almayate beach and the mountains. The spacious roof terrace (4 x10) offers beautiful views of the sea and mountains and is furnished with BBQ area and all amenities. Sunbeds are ready for sunbathing. Also, Casa Valle Niza has a front garden with a nice picnic table. The urbanisation has a large communal saltwater pool, very good for the skin. In the nearby urbanisation there are two paddle courts + gymnasium that are free to use. Also children's playground and three additional pools to use. Casa Valle Niza has on the ground floor a spacious and bright living area with dining room and a modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. Air conditioning, television and wifi are available. There is also a separate toilet. Outside, there is a breakfast terrace on one side of the house. On the other side you have your own parking space. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master suite (queen size bed 160 x 200) has a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other 2 bedrooms (1 with queen size bed 160 x 200 and the other with 2 single beds) share the second bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Upstairs, there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful sea and mountain views and a BBQ area. A lovely place to enjoy your day in the evening. The urbanisation has a large communal pool with plenty of space around for sunbathing. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighbouring urbanisation including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones. Casa Valle Niza is the ideal place to enjoy your Mediterranean holidays, just 500 metres from the beach. The property offers every comfort in a quiet environment. You can relax in the communal pool. And on the large terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, you can enjoy the afterglow of another successful day. Renting a car is essential if you book our house, as the restaurants and shops are nearby but not within walking distance.
