This beautiful maisonette flat is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in the centre of Laax village.  From the balcony, which faces south-west, you have a wonderful view of Lake Laax.The lake, which offers swimming in summer and a children's ski lift in winter, is diagonally opposite the house. The special sleeping area on the plateau is directly above the bathrooms. To get to the level, you have to climb the sloping ladder. As this is unsuitable for small children, we recommend the sleeping place only for school children, teenagers or adults. If the mezzanine is used, a cleaning surcharge will be applied (see conditions).If you arrive by car, you are welcome to park it in the reserved underground parking space.
