The house is situated in a quiet location between Laax village and the idyllic village of Falera (dead end, no road traffic). 2 car parks directly in front of the house. A post bus stop (with a short direct journey to the ski area) is only a 5-minute walk from the house. The house has 5 bedrooms (4 doubles and 1 single bedroom).
