Villa de vacances exclusive avec piscine privée entre les Marches et l'Ombrie
Nestled in a magnificent oak forest on the border between Marche and Umbria, this exclusive holiday villa offers an authentic retreat surrounded by nature, peace, and breathtaking landscapes. After travelling along a charming 8 km country road, you will reach a true paradise where silence, fresh air, and unspoiled woodland create the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
Unlike properties divided into separate apartments, this is a single private villa, exclusively reserved for your group. The house comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults, 2 children/teenagers, and 1 baby, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, reunions, retreats, and nature lovers.
The ground floor has been specifically designed to host large groups of up to 12–14 guests, providing ample space for dining, socializing, and spending quality time together. On the first floor, there are two additional relaxation rooms, perfect for reading a book, enjoying quiet moments, or simply unwinding while admiring the surrounding countryside. These rooms are intended exclusively for relaxation and are not designed for dining or group meals.
Outside, guests can enjoy a fully fenced private property featuring a beautiful swimming pool, a bowling alley, table football, and extensive outdoor spaces immersed in nature. The surrounding oak woods offer privacy, tranquility, and a unique atmosphere throughout the year.
Discover Apecchio and the Monte Nerone Area
Located near the charming medieval village of Apecchio, this villa is an excellent base for exploring one of the most authentic and unspoiled areas of central Italy. Apecchio lies between Marche and Umbria, at the foot of Monte Nerone, a mountain renowned for hiking trails, breathtaking panoramic views, caves, wildlife, and outdoor activities. The area is rich in forests, streams, natural springs, and traditional villages, making it a paradise for walkers, cyclists, photographers, and nature enthusiasts.
Within easy driving distance, guests can visit the spectacular Furlo Gorge Nature Reserve, the historic towns of Cagli, Urbino and Città di Castello, as well as the medieval center of Apecchio with its characteristic humpback bridge, Palazzo Ubaldini, and the Monte Nerone Fossil and Mineral Museum.
The region is also famous for its truffles, local cuisine, craft beers, and traditional food festivals, offering visitors an authentic taste of Italian rural culture. Apecchio itself is known as one of Italy's "Beer Cities" and is surrounded by forests, meadows, and crystal-clear streams that characterize this beautiful corner of the Apennines.
