The "Plava voda Luxury Villas" have been created in a small resort of 4 properties in an interplay of modern and traditional architecture with an elegant design. Hand-carved stones set into the retaining walls of the plot and an energy-efficient building with large glass surfaces create an excellent mix. Situated in a secluded bay of Vinisce not far from the centres of Marina and Trogir where a high level of intimacy and tranquillity is guaranteed. The villas, built on a steep slope, offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the offshore islands. The resort's own staircase leads directly to the natural stone beach with crystal-clear water just a few steps away. On the terrace, raised tiles provide non-slip safety, especially for children when walking. A heated L-shaped pool invites you to enjoy a pleasant swim even in the low season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching lounge furniture invite you to chill out and sunbathe. An outdoor shower by the pool and a built-in barbecue with equipment mean you can sit happily in the shady corner of the terrace and enjoy the fantastic view in the evening.
