The house is an enclosed property. There are two apartments in the villa: The outdoor pool and garden is for shared use of both apartments. Sip a glass of wine or enjoy a cold drink, while enjoying the sunset over the lake from the balcony. The pool with the shape of a bean is in the middle of the garden with loungers, a garden bed, a sunshade and small grill. Everything from the garden, pool is for shared use with the guests staying in the apartment on the ground floor. You can easily park your car inside the property protected from the sun by a roof. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the villa. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, an open plan kitchen with a large window in the living room that you can enjoy the view from inside also. The main bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning and a window with pool view. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, wardrobe and a window with a backyard view. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, closet, hairdryer, towels, window. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffe pot, and all the dishes and pots that you might need. The living room has an extra 2 person sofa-bed for the guests, a comfortable armchair, TV, a small table for coffe and a round dinner table and a large sliding door. You can walk to get to the lake for about 200 meters and to get to the restaurants and pizzas you have to do 300-400 meters in the center of Pacengo. The villa have free of charge Wi-Fi all around the inside area and around the pool.
