The house is placed in small village Ruda near town Sinj. Village is also placed between mountain Kamesnica and river Cetina. Outside area of the house is very big. There is big garden with beautiful view and grill/barbecue, there is 8x4 swimming pool. Terrace in the house is fenced. There is also big garage and three parking spots. Ruda is ideal place for sport recreation type of holiday •Bicycling -Bicycling is very compelling in the area because of the beautyful and peaceful landscape, also traffic is very low so you don't have to worry about cars much •Skydiving -About 10 mins driving away from house is skydiving club •Kayak ride -Even less then 5 mins walk from house there is river Ruda. You can take kayak ride there on peaceful river. •Hiking -House is centered in pedastol of mountain Kamešnica so if you are searching for long walks or even hiking you can always enjoy beautys of Kamešnica •Fishing -If you are fish lover and you like to go on fishing river Ruda is rich with sweetwatter fish, even back then in 2010 river was host for world chamiponship in fishing Holiday home can only be reached via a road.
