The pretty villa is ideal for groups or large families and is situated in a quiet and privileged location above the bay of Cala Esmeralda and offers marvellous sea views from the roof terrace. A beautiful bay in the holiday resort of Cala Dor on the south-east coast of Mallorca. In less than 10 minutes you can reach two marvellous beaches. The centre of Cala D' Or can be reached on foot in just 12 minutes and offers a pedestrian zone with shops, open-air bars, restaurants and cafés. The famous fashionable marina is also worth a visit. The villa offers a living room and dining room on the ground floor, each with a door to the pool terrace. From the dining room there is access to the spacious kitchen.
