New and modern designed apartment for 4 persons in new seaside villa. Excellent location! Everything you need is near by the villa (restaurants, bakery, beach, shops, markets, glocery, bank or doctor etc.) and that´s what makes it so special. Villa has outdoor pool, gym in basement. Our pool is 100% reliable, has no chemicals and chlorine, it works on the principle of electrolysis of salt water, which means that instead of chlorine and chlorine formulations in the pool we put salt. Salt water travels through the device, whereby by the process of electrolysis we extract chlorine from the salt. The chlorine water is appropriately purified and disinfected, then returned back into the salt. There is no fear of harmful skin reactions, and even small children can swim unhindered. Villa is situated on a perfect location. We have 2 National Parks 15-30min from Villa: National Park Krka 25km (with boat or with car) and National Park Kornati 12km with boat. Sibenik is town with UNESCO Heritage (St. Jacob Cathedral and St. Nikolas Fortress). This house is our small paradise and has everything you need if you like spending your holidays in a small, lively place. This ground floor apartment has large terrace with garden furniture. You have own private garden with Mediterranean plants. Apartment is about 50m2 with 2 bedrooms (each with own satellite tv, wardrobe), kitchen with sea view and sea view living room (with satellite tv). Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher.
