This luxurious and tastefully furnished, fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) holiday villa is in the picturesque locality Pilonas along the south-east coast of the sunny island of Rhodos. The famous beaches on the island are right nearby: Vlycha, Kalathos, Tsampika and Kiotari.Newly built (2016), enclosed white holiday villa with a private pool that can be illuminated at night, an extensive sun deck with a grill area, an outdoor shower and a spa room with a sauna and whirlpool The outdoor area features an 8-metre-long private pool surrounded by six comfortable wooden sun loungers. You can always find a shady spot under the parasol. There is a convenient outdoor shower. On the sun deck higher up and accessed up outdoor stairs you can enjoy an extensive view over the mountainous landscape and the grill area invites you to enjoy leisurely holiday meals under a blue sky. As the pool can be illuminated at night, you can swim a few rounds under a starry sky. The living space of 200m² comprises an open living and dining room with an integrated kitchen, four bedrooms each with a very modern daylight ensuite bathroom, and a generous spa area. The living room provides a three-seater sofa, a chaise longue and a wide plasma flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The open fireplace exudes a homely atmosphere and cosy warmth on cooler evenings. In the rear area there is the white built-in kitchen equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with cooker hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, juicer and a washing machine with a dryer function. It also has a large, solid wood dining table with six chairs. One of the light and airy bedrooms is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, two each with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and one with two single beds (90 x 200cm). All four bedrooms also have bedside tables with reading lamps and built-in cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. Three of the ensuite bathrooms are fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, while the fourth has a bath with a shower attachment, and all have a double washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. The spa room accessed directly from two of the four bedrooms is a special highlight: you can relax here after a long day on the beach in the sauna for four people or in the whirlpool for three people. Or you can make yourselves comfortable on the lounger in front of the second open fireplace with a good book. One of the bedrooms has a cot and a highchair is also available. Plenty of firewood for the fireplaces, bed linen and towels are provided and the wireless Internet access is included in the rental price. Your holiday villa is about 2.5km from the sea and the nearest long beach. It is only about 50 metres to the nearest grocery shop and there is a traditional Greek kafenion café about 100 metres away. It is about 1.5km into the centre of Lindos with a supermarket, an ATM and a good range of cafés and restaurants. It is highly recommend to rent a car.
