There are two comfortable apartments. One apartment is for three people. The second apartment is for two people. The special feature of the apartments is their location in the old city center, close to the Forum and all cultural and historical monuments.

Apartment for two person has a kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, induction plate, dishwasher. The area where the double bed is has a television with programs. The entire space is air-conditioned and has access to wifi. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a washing machine. All toiletries are there.

Second apartment is for three person and it has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and a TV. The space is air-conditioned with two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, which has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining room. The kitchen has all kitchen appliances, from refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle. The bathroom has a shower cabin, toiletries, washing machine.

This studio Apartments-bedroom can accommodate up to two guests. It features a Cable TV , Flat screen TV and is combined with kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Leaving the apartments you are right next to the Zadar Cathedral with a bell tower which offers a beautiful view of the monuments and the Zadar islands.

There is the church of St. Donata the most famous Byzantine building from the 9th century. Across the street is the Archaeological Museum with numerous exhibits from the past.
The most valuable treasure of the city of Zadar is located next to the museum, the church of Sv. Mary with a permanent exhibition of church objects called Gold and Silver of the city of Zadar.
