The lovingly renovated natural stone house "Dubbione" is located in a characteristic village on the Lucca hills. The three-storey corner house in a group of houses is situated at 400 metres above sea level. Practically all the rooms offer a marvellous view of the Lucchese plain and the Pisan mountains. Here you can enjoy a Tuscan ambience and a temperate climate even on hot summer days. The house is cosy yet modern. It has four bedrooms, each for two people. Cosy get-togethers can be enjoyed at the large table in the spacious eat-in kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and functional (double sink, gas hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer, plenty of crockery). On the first floor of the house there is a living room with TV (Smart TV via internet) and a bathroom with bath/shower and WC. On the second floor there is another bathroom with shower/WC. There are also storage rooms and your own washing machine. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided (8 x bed linen/bath towels/towels). The absolutely quiet seating area is located in the olive grove approx. 100 metres below the house (not directly at the house, accessible via a path). In the garden house there are deckchairs and garden chairs, a large table and a parasol. The surroundings of Lucca offer varied landscapes and historical sights like no other area. The convenient location allows for easy excursions to Florence (70 km), Pisa (30 km), Lucca (12 km), the Garfagnana nature reserve (30 km) and the beaches of Viareggio (35 km). Or visit some of the surrounding historic villas, the wind caves at Barga (50km), the Pinocchio Park in Collodi (15km), the market in Lucca.......!
