This detached single-family home is located in the beautiful holiday resort of Neuhaus an der Oste and is situated in a quiet side street within an idyllic housing estate. The house was built in 1965 and last renovated in 2017. The cosy village with approx. 1400 inhabitants has a family doctor and its own brewery with distillery and tasting. There is also a post office "Wiebkes Klönstuv" in the village centre, which also runs a small grocery store. You can also hire bicycles, have a delicious breakfast or lunch there. On the property (578m²) there is a large sun terrace, a large car parking space, garden furniture and a barbecue. Up to two more cars can be parked on the street directly in front of the house. In this holiday home you can also enjoy your North Sea holiday with your dog. With a living space of approx. 90 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people and has been furnished with great attention to detail. The cosy living room has a leather suite, a rocking chair, a flat screen TV with Neflix access, a Playstation 3 with various games and a landline telephone. In the separable dining room there is a large dining table with six chairs and a stereo system. The large kitchen is equipped with a cooker/oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, two coffee machines (pad/filter), a toaster and a kettle. A shower room with hairdryer completes the offer. The three bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.80 metres wide) and a large wardrobe, the second bedroom also has a double bed (1.80 metres wide) and a chest of drawers and the children's room is furnished with two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide) and a chest of drawers. On this floor you will also find a small WC and a play corner, which can also be fitted with a stair guard for the little ones if required. In addition, a washing machine, heating in all rooms, board games for young and old and 50 Mbit/s WLAN internet access are available free of charge. Underfloor heating is partially available. The nearby Natureum, Nordseebad Otterndorf, the Wingst and the diving hotspot Hemmoor can be reached in a few minutes by car. Larger shopping facilities (Aldi/Lidl) can be found in the neighbouring town of Cadenberge. At Oste See, which is famous for its wakeboard and water ski facilities, you can not only swim and fish, but also relax in a beach chair or on the terrace and watch the goings-on on the lake or venture out yourself. Delicious food and drinks are provided. In the Neuhausen marina, you can take the "Mocambo" along the Oste past the floating ferry. Or you can try out the Fungolf Park, adventure football or billiard golf. Long cycle and hiking trails invite you to discover nature. The little ones can visit two playgrounds in Neuhaus/Oste or romp around in our large garden at the holiday home. Please note that this is a non-smoking holiday home.
