This requires a harmonious coexistence with the directly adjacent nature. In early summer and in autumn animals (cows, sheep and llamas) graze for a few weeks on the meadows surrounding the house and its surrounding area. And in the summer the flower meadows are in full bloom and should not be walked on if possible. Heating: The house is heated with professional electric heaters. In winter it can also be heated with wood (Swedish stove). The house has its own driveway. This is cleared in winter. During heavy snowfall this can take a few hours. In case of heavy snowfall, snow must be shoveled occasionally.
