Spacious villa in the heart of Florentine Chianti, only 7 km from Incisa Val Arno. The villa is a typical Tuscan country house, whose style reflects the simplicity of rural life. Here your attention will be captured by the wooden and brick floors, wrought-iron beds, large sofas, vaulted ceilings and arches. All details you will fall in love with. The villa has a large garden with a salt-water swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, open from May to September) and a covered terrace adjacent to the dining room with a table for 16 people and a barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining. The structure, which can accommodate up to 16 people, consists of a 265 m² villa and a 75 m² outbuilding (the former 'Limonaia', where plants were stored during the winter).
